We are looking for Business Consultants to join our team of foodservice industry experts that connect with and serve all inbound qualified leads, design them a total solution and get them on the path to success.
- You have a good understanding of foodservice business and/or general business operations.
- You are a master deal maker and closer.
- You are hungry, results driven and want to be a part of something big while still serving the industry we all love.
- You love a challenge, and you’re not afraid to speak your mind, get stuck in and share your ideas.
- Build your understanding of the Kounta Platform, constantly think about what value we deliver to businesses.
- Manage your pipeline of inbound qualified leads from multi-channel sources.
- Connect with all new opportunities in a timely manner and open discovery conversations, deep diving into the needs of these businesses.
- Design a total solution for all businesses in your pipeline, conducting demos to show them how Kounta will add value.
- Manage your sales cycle from the from initial conversations to getting the customer trading with Kounta.
- Be an expert in Kounta’s products and app ecosystem (including accounting, employee management, payments, ordering, loyalty, e-commerce and more).
- Collaborate with Kounta’s Specialist implementation partners.
- Constantly achieve and exceed your monthly revenue targets.
- Constantly exceed Kounta’s benchmarked customer experience metrics.
- Connect and collaborate with the business consultant team and other cross-functional teams within Kounta.
- A hospitality background would be ideal, but if you don’t have that we’ll settle for lots of passion and enthusiasm for the industry.
- 2+ years experience in sales, preferably B2B.
- You’re a master communicator with experience engaging with businesses in the foodservice industry.
- Proven record of delivering big value in previous sales roles.
- You can multitask, serving customers over multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
- Experience in developing co-selling strategies within sales teams.
- An understanding of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and/or marketing automation software.
- B2B and/or SaaS.
